We're checking for dust and debris, construction leftovers, suspected microbial growth, moisture, damaged ductwork, and any HVAC components that need attention. If the scope changes, we show you what we found first.

2 Protect the Home & Prepare the HVAC System
We shut down and prep the HVAC system, protect work areas as needed, and open the access points required for cleaning — using existing openings whenever possible.
Any service opening we do create is properly closed and sealed once the work is finished.

Our truck-mounted HyperVac system connects to the ductwork, placing the section being cleaned under continuous negative pressure.

5 Clean the Main Supply Trunks & Plenums
